Warrior Games
About the Project
Starring Jon Stewart of The Daily Show, this scripted, comedic short film kicked off the opening ceremonies of the Warrior Games, a weeklong competition of 300 service members and veterans from all five services and six countries, competing in 14 different sports.

The Department of Defense (DOD) Warrior Games is a Paralympic style athletic competition specifically for wounded and ill service members. Remedy Television was challenged with developing the opening ceremony video for the event – kicking off the week-long athletic games.

The scripted, short comedy film is a cinematic and action-packed adventure, starring Jon Stewart, WWE Superstar Titus O’Neil, Tampa Mayor Jane Castor, Army General Richard Clarke and several other well-known personalities. The epic (and very funny) race to find the Warrior Games torch demonstrates Remedy Television’s ability to create high-end scripted content. The film debuted to a record-breaking crowd of athletes, attendees, and online viewers!
